Keniston carries out a major satisfaction survey every three years. We are pleased to report that overall satisfaction has stayed at 95% which is very high and demonstrates the commitment that we make in providing not just a good service, but an excellent one.

We will be sending out a summary of all the main headlines to residents in due course.
Thank you to every tenant and leaseholder who took the time to respond to the survey. We are reviewing the feedback from each scheme and will be discussing this at future resident meetings. Your voice does count and we continue to strive for excellence. We will be addressing any issues that have arisen from the feedback.
