Appointment of new Chief Executive

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Card as the new Chief Executive of Keniston Housing Association. Jonathan was previously interim Chief Executive at Southwark and London Diocesan Housing Association. He replaces Nevil Osborne who has retired after 31 years with Keniston.

Jonathan Card has over 30 years’ experience of working within the housing sector across operational and strategic management. He has been a consultant and in interim roles since 2000 and has experienced working within housing organisations of all sizes (small, medium and large) providing support for over 60 clients during this time either under his own name and reputation or as an associate with leading consultancy practices.

Until October 2013 he was also Chair of Homes for Haringey, with responsibility for service delivery to 21,000 properties and employing around 700 staff.
