Value for Money

The regulator for social housing requires that we publish a Value for Money statement each year, looking not only at how we have managed Keniston’s money but also how we have added value. In the statement we need to demonstrate that we are offering good value for money in the services we provide.  We describe where we have saved money, how we work to ensure we obtain good value, specific reviews that we have undertaken, comparisons of our performance over time and against similar organisations and the social value of what we do.

We analyse our costs and performance across all range of activities, comparing trends over time and with our two peer groups:

⁕ Regionally with its chosen benchmarking group, London and the South East, comprising about 36 members,

⁕ Nationally with the Acuity all Subscribers Group comprising 154 members.

This is published annually as part of our annual report.
